I would not recommend Volkswagen Van Centre Wrexham because despite having my van a day earlier than scheduled you said you didn't have time to sort out all the issues (despite using that extra day to send a video pointing out unimportant issues that didn't need to be sorted out). On collecting the van, you told me the you were unaware that there was an issue with the tailgate lock, even though one of your engineers had said they may not have time to look at it (Strange thing to say if he didn't know about the issue to start with). As for the pathetic excuse about having no "written" record when I actually watched someone write down the issue when I dropped off the van, I just found that the most annoying aspect. "We have no record of it" MAYBE THAT'S BECAUSE YOU KEPT NO RECORD OF IT!! I will be contacting VW directly to point out that one of their service centres is utterly useless.
